Mystiq's Universe

Hello everyone. My name is Mystiq Shaman (shaa·muhn). Of course that's not my real name but if your looking at my website then my name is sure to be there. Before I get started I'll tell you just a smidge about me. I'm in the process of redefining my entire life and building my business from the ground up. At 54 it's a little late to be starting over. This journey although has been pain staking and mentally arduous at times, I've come to find that I'm enjoying the process. So about this blog. I'm not that guy who's going to follow trends or try and get people to buy this or that. Nope, this is going to be about me talking about the universe I've created called "Q2". The name is a homage to my original business name which was Blaqmass Inq. but I was told it couldn't be used when I got my certificate of formation so Blaqmass it became. Anyway. You can say Q2 to me is like my Marvel, DC and Image since those were the main comics I read and have a very large collection of. It's also inspired by anime which my collection is so big some may call it an addiction. Especially the Donghua collection.. Sorry tangent again. It's also inspired by movies, tv shows, books, plays. Pretty much anything my mind is influenced by has gone into creating this universe. I've done a lot of research for to create this universe and it is very deep. So seep that it's going to take nine books to tell it all. The first one should be finished soon and I will post the ink to the book here first before its released, so stay tuned. I've created a total 467 characters and as this blog grows along with this business I'll be showcasing these character in a variety of way. Through apparel I create. Digital designs and books I publish. Every now and again I will even post my original hand drawn designs that way you all can give me your opinion. My final goal is to bring it all together in 3d animated action shorts to showcase these wonderful and interesting characters. One last thing I want to say. Everything I have done and will do is done by me and me alone. every character is meticulously created from origin to current. I can't wait for you to see what's coming. I'm still learning so please be patient.
